This is Lauren. Head trainer at Ignite Fitness, she has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Growing up an athlete, she has always known that her career was going to helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is a certified spin instructor, wholistic nutritionist, sports nutritionist, yoga instructor, personal trainer, with years of experience in each field. Her energy is invariably positive and infectious. Her passion for instilling her knowledge onto others is what drives her, and keeps her clients coming back for more! You’re guaranteed to leave a workout smiling, motivated and feeling more powerful than ever.

James

Meet James:

With over 15+ years of training experience and nutrition knowledge helping people change their body and mindset for the better. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle growth, strength training, or just moving and feeling their best, improvement is his passion. He loves steak, dogs, trying anything new, and that feeling when that early morning coffee smacks you right in the kisser. Not necessarily in that order.

Carla

Carla Yee Sing is Certified Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, Pro WNBF Bodybuilder, Fitness Competitor, Martial Artist and Health Coach. She has over 20 years experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor; 15 years as a Taekwondo Instructor. She has had great success in the arenas of Bodybuilding, Martial Arts, Fitness and Bikini competitions.

With 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, Nico is a n exceptional personal trainer, committed to helping you achieve your goals. Drawing from his background as an international swimmer, he brings a unique perspective to training. As a certified strength and conditioning coach, Nico crafts tailored workout programs designed for every individual, whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or enhance overall fitness.
